AEC Growth Specialist
Remote in Europe.  Full Time.  Hiring Now.

The AEC Business welcomes candidates to join our Sales team as Account Executives (AEC Growth Specialists) starting either now or in winter, spring or summer of 2021. As part of our vision for the future of work at The AEC Business, Growth Specialist can either be based in Vancouver, Canada, or Remote in our key market sectors mentioned above.

As an AEC Growth Specialist (Account Executive) on the direct sales team, you will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards the AEC Business’s mission.

This position offers a base salary and commission.

The AEC Business employees who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within our Sales organization.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Position the value of The AEC Business’s products and the Full Stack methodology to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how The AEC Business can grow their business or careers
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if The AEC Business can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
  • Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
